Toshirô Mifune and Mie Hama in THE LOST WORLD OF SINBAD (1963; Dai Tozoku)
In the original Japanese version, the hero wasn't Sinbad but for the US release, the characters were changed and Sukezaemon became Sinbad. It's a fun movie with many scenes that resemble PEPLUM movies, including a scene which looks place at sea at the beginning which looks straight out of THE GIANT OF MARATHON (1959). I watch everything. This movie desperately needs to be released in HD.

The trailer (Japanese only) gives me the impression that this film is worth watching. Lead actress is very cute.
Whenever possible when you favorably review a movie I recommend you indicate its availability on DVD or downloading.
