Goliath contro i giganti (1961)... around the 1hr 15min mark. I have the RHV Italy transfer and can confirm it is missing the frame you are showing in the image... but everything else is there just before that point. Definitely not unused footage considering my copy is definitely cut by several minutes.
Thanks. Oddly enough I did check GOLIATH & THE GIANTS. The first few seconds are in the final cut but the bulk of the clip was left on the cutting room floor and was re-used for Joe D'Amato's LIVIA movie where I saw it.
