By the Gods!

Though the title of this film is VULCAN - SON OF JUPITER (1962), it could have easily been titled THE BEEFY HERO, THE BABE AND THE LITTLE MAN, with Iloosh Khoshabe as Vulcan, Bella Cortez as Aetna and Salvatore Furnari as the little man.

Is is great art? Not really but it's a very sexy, goofy, fun movie.

  1. There’s a nice wrestling/fight scene in this movie. I reckon you have it in Youtube

  2. If it must be a guilty pleasure, then it must, but I like this movie. Obviously they didn't have a huge budget for this project, but they sure made the most of it and took the light hearted approach to the subject matter.

  3. GREAT FLICK ... and Salvatore does more than act the itty-bitty buffoon. He is awakened from a sound sleep and is slapped hard to the floor. After hiding from Vulcan, Vulcan picks him up with one hand and lugs him out of Tor Caldera like a suitcase. Salvatore clubs a primitive savage to death, and in the battle scene at end he furiously stabs a bad guy in the chest and it's not played for laughs.

The cat fight with bull whips between curvy Bella Cortez as Aetna and pouty Annie Gorassini as Venus is worth the price of admission alone!
