Here's the popular comic book version of the Steve Reeves classic.
Artist: John Buscema
I have to get this...but then I don't have a record player. Hmm...
Here's a French 'Photo Roman':
HERCULES (1958)
Here are a couple of recent collectibles:
A company called Go Hero has created an elaborate series of collectible figures based on HERCULES (1958) starring Steve Reeves. Very cool stuff.
Check it out!

PERSONAL COMMUNICATION: Great commemoration of THE LABORS OF HERCULES anniversary. I bought the HERCULES LP you reference a few years ago for a couple of bucks in the dollar bins at a used record store. I digitized it and burned to CD ... if you will provide an e-mail address I can upload the two tracks (sides one and two) to Dropbox and send you the download link. They total just under 45 mb as two *.mp3 files. If you have a different way to get them to you please advise.
ReplyDeleteYou may need my e-mail to respond ... Tom Kuennen: expwys@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteI'd be interested in it. Would it be possible to use WeTransfer instead? My email address is peplumtv2@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteWeTransfer is very easy to use. Add my email address and upload the file. It'll send an email to me to confirm the upload. I just need to download it from my end.
Looking forward to this.
Just uploaded we transfer, was looking in gmail the last few days for response. File names HERCULES LP SIDE 1.mp3 and ... SIDE 2 are valid. Ignore the "Title" and "Artists" and "Album" designations, I have no idea why those were applied when ripping the CD. Hope you enjoy
ReplyDeleteI just got them. I've already listened to it. Very good. Thank you so much.
ReplyDeleteTHANKS FOR YOUR GREAT BLOG! I'm nuts about these movies
