  1. I think Gianna Maria Canale's best villainess-performance was in "The Sword and the Cross", and that it's perhaps the best bad girl role in all of Peplumdom, though it's hard to say since there are so many to chose from.

    She is also my favorite Peplum actress.

    Gianna has a long track record as a Patrician Roman lady who is cruel to her female slaves and others.
