In my non-PC sexist view the better ones include an attractive female actress.

However, there are several other good ones.
I have to say the first one, with Steeve Reeves about to go all Hercules with his chains! That sums up the whole genre for me.
Of course, my favorite would be the one featuring the beauteous Gianna.
