  1. Absolutely first rate compilation.

    I do not think such Mount Olympus scenes ever work very well. They interrupt the action back down in the real world and lack believability.

    Often the gods and godesses are aging stars who seem to have been hired primarily for marketing purposes. Laurence Olivier (Zeus) in the 1981 CLASH OF THE TITANS is a good example.

  2. I kinda like all of Mount Olympus scenes... only because I usually get a good laugh out of them. If brings a weird scifi element to the films that usually feels out of place.
