Sergio Corbucci -otherwise known as the king of spaghetti westerns. I watched a bunch of them during the early days of VHS in Sweden. Most of them were, in my mind, remarkably violent for their time.
Corbucci is one of the unsung greats. His "Companeros!" is the best Euro-Western ever made.
