This is one of the better Tarkan films, in my opinion. Turkey was the scene for a few other peplums, wasn't it? I believe "YOR-Hunter From the Future" was shot there(?)
Here is a cool 10min excerpt from this film which includes a grisly death by the said giant octopus, plenty of peplum clichés as well as some nudity. There are no english subtitles, but who cares, we fully understand the visual language of peplums here. Enjoy.
