The score by Ennio Morricone is probably the best score ever for a B-movie like HUNDRA. I never saw HUNDRA when it was on video and I purposely avoided it for years after having seen YELLOW HAIR AND THE FORTRESS OF GOLD, also starring Laurene Landon, which was disappointing to say the least. But then I finally watched on PEPLUM TV this past weekend and I was like "WOW!" what a f*$#!! great score! The first part of the video has the score from HUNDRA.

Well, I was so intrigued by his music that I looked him up on IMDB.com. He has been writing score music since 1954 and he is still doing it. He wrote the music for The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly and was Sergio Leone's main man for his movies through the decades. He has written for many television mini-dramas, but I was unable to find what awards he has won or been nominated for. It is no wonder that his music sounds so professional. If you go to the IMDB site and look up his name you will see a list of everything he has been a part of. It must number upwards to 500 different things, at the least, and probably many more. The latest thing he will be composing for is a film called "The Canterville Ghost". Now I'll be looking for it in the theater for when it comes out.
