I always wondered what inspired the artist of the Marvel comic book version of Hercules to come up with the crazy footwear/boots/leggings...
and I came across these sandals Hercules (Mark Forest) wears in HERCULES AGAINST THE BARBARIANS. Of course, they're more reasonable in the HERCULES film.
