Poseidon : through the years
The portrayal of Poseidon in movies has always been a bit underwhelming: big, overweight bearded man with a trident. It has more to do with some old fashion notion based on some drawings/paintings than a plausible looking Greek god. The only one that bucks the trend is Kellan Lutz in IMMORTALS. I say a real Poseidon film or appearance has yet to be made.
