I have this film but it's a horrible black & white transfer. A very rare film to get a hold of in any language.

I also had a B&W transfer of this movie which was almost impossible to watch. I was totally dismayed because I thought I had a rare film and was happy till I watched it.
If this frame-grab is any6 indication, I can see why the transfer is so universally condemned on This Here Blog.
Frankly, I cannot figure out what is being done to Sig. Palmara's character. Is he to be flogged, branded, just hung out to dry, or is there something more inventive/unpleasant plannned for him?

I probably have the same copy as yours. It's a terrible transfer.

This is not a screengrab but an actual publicity photo. My copy of the film is in B&W.
Mimmo is hanging by his arms and the fellow behind him is holding a bucket of water to revive him.
