Is it me or does that beige patch in between the waterfalls look like a goat's head?
This could be a number of films since these falls were used in a lot of shots. My wild guess is URSUS IN THE VALLEY OF THE LIONS.

I'll take 2 out of the blue guesses: DEVIL OF THE DESERT AGAINST S. OF HERCULES, or TERROR OF THE STEPPES. I really don't have much on Kirk so that's why I'm guessing, actress looks familiar.
The answer is HERCULES, SAMSON & ULYSSES...that's Liana Orfei swimming...
