The early 30's never had any type of code to cover the movie industry, thus a little bit here and there of nudity was accepted. Am I right or wrong? The other movies I think that it was done purposely, because that could of been edited out very easily. When shown in N. America it was probably edited. Right or wrong?

Yes, those films are called Pre-Code.
SALAMMBO and SLAVE QUEEN OF BABYLON were heavily edited in the US.
