Is not this movie sometimes referred to as 'The Column' [¿because of Trajan's column?]. Spectacular battles scenes.
The Column is a different movie. It doesn't have Pierre Brice and Georges Marchal.
Thanks - indeed I had the feeling it was slightly more recent, and purely Romanian.
PS: did not see the movie then - just discovered on Youtube it also featured Marie-José Nat: thanks for bringing back memories of those times :)
