PEPLUM Recycling


I was watching SALOME (1953) on PEPLUM TV the other night and bam! there's Rex Reason wearing the same Roman tunic Robert Taylor wore in QUO VADIS (1951; below).


Cesare Danova also wore the same costume for his screen test for BEN-HUR

True, but it looks like they had to fill it out a bit for Rex to wear it.
