Joakim Nätterqvist is ARN: THE KNIGHT TEMPLAR (2007)
A big Swedish production that was slated to be a miniseries then a movie for international audiences. I've seen it. It's ok. Nothing spectacular. Apparently the filming was plagued with production problems.
It seems I've seen this movie hundreds of times already...oh wait, I'm a PEPLUM fan so of course I've seen this film hundreds of times. Loads of cliches in it, which is usually good but some of the cliches were groaners. It seems a bit pointless after Ridley Scott's KINGDOM OF HEAVEN (2005).

This was a very good film. The fact that it was supposed to be a series attributes to the fact that it seemed..spotty and drwn out in certain places. Now that explains it. But that fact took nothing away from the film.
