Plus, in this film he is a Spartan General, and everybody knows how tough Spartans are. Although, as long as the Greeks were at Troy, like a decade or more, he was probably just a teenager who was unusually well-built when he first arrived to get Helen back from Paris. Also, at the end when he has to fight a dude much heavier and much bigger than himself in order to save Helen from getting smashed by a big stone, they both fall in love with each other. Agamemnon is not going to be happy about that.
However, during the fight scenes there was a somewhat lighter-built stand-in who looked very fit and who was incredibly gifted athletically. He looked phenomenal. Do you have any idea who that gentleman was?

Who wouldn't be confident if they looked like that & they were the Strongest Man in the World on top of it??? lol
