Cinematic Confusion

Can you identify this movie under a more familiar title? Hint: it's not made in 1980s.

And the scene on the cover doesn't happen in the movie.

    The Invincible Brothers Maciste. I bought this video years ago based on the great cover art and was disappointed to discover the artwork did not have anything even remotely to do with the movie.

    I hear you. The cover offers so much but if totally not like INVINCIBLE BROTHERS MACISTE, which I like but would also feel duped had I purchased this video expecting the action on the cover.
