YOUTUBE sucks

A company called Craze Productions is now claiming copyright infringement on films which are in the Public Domain. The vast majority of Italian PEPLUM flicks released in the 1950s and 60s are in the public domain in North America. No one owns them. Anyone can do whatever they want with them. The videos haven't been removed (yet) but ads have been adding to the uploaded videos I worked hard on for many years. And there's almost nothing I can do about it.

I just uploaded a file to my channel and there's already some copyright infringement from Craze Production even before making the film live. It's outrageous. I can't work like this. I'm doing all the work and they're making money out of it. I've already contacted Youtube and Craze Production but instead of removing the infringement, more videos have been added to the list of copyright infringements. It's crazy stuff. Craze Productions know they are PD films but they also know that it's almost impossible to deal with Youtube and CP can do whatever they want.

I've submitted another claim now and waiting for a response.
