They've all conveniently died without falling across each other. It's what you might call an optimum space-management massacre. On the other hand maybe it's just a peplum-style sleep-over. In fact, it's so bloodless, I tend to favour the latter explanation!

What's wrong with this photo is that there's no blood or nothing is soiled. It's a cool shot but not very believable.
