Matt is 6'5" and impressive but probably supporting roles, not starring roles.

I completely agree! Italian bodybuilder Alessandro Grassi (Hercules) and German bodybuilder Daniel Hill (as an evil gladiator) would be perfect in peplum flicks, too!
